Our 30-day return process is actually pretty simple! We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you choose the wrong item, we’ll help you return it and assist you with a new order. If a product needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty, just let us know. 

All approved returns must be postmarked or picked up by the carrier within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.


WatermarkFixtures cannot accept a return/exchange under the following circumstances:

• Items that have been altered or mishandled

• Items that are missing their original packaging, instruction manuals, or anything else that originally was included with the item.

• Items with custom work or painting at the time of sale

• Special-order items not listed on our site 

• Items that have been installed or show signs of installation (markings, scratches, plumber's putty, etc.).

How do I package an item for return?

Get Your Package Ready

  1. Use a sturdy box with enough room to add cushioning for fragile items and to prevent items from shifting.

  2. If you're reusing a box, make sure all old logos, shipping labels, and addresses are covered or blacked out.

  3. Seal your box with plastic or nylon tape at least two inches wide. Don't use duct tape.

  4. Wrap items separately and use cushioning material. 

  5. You'll need to know the dimensions and weight of your box.

  6. You also want to ensure that a copy of the label is inside the box, in case the label on the exterior gets lost.

  7. Take a picture of your label. That way you can track it later and have all of the information you need.

Mistaken Returns

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

WatermarkFixtures does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to WaeermarkFixtures, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. WatermarkFixtures cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to WatermarkFixtures.

Sending Your Package from 31 to 90 days from the date of purchase. 

For returns outside of 30 days of purchase, you would be responsible to provide your own shipping label and insurance for all parcel shipments.   Please return the item to us at:

Refunds outside of our 30-day return period 

  • Refunds will be accessed at a 25 percent processing fee plus all shipping costs associated with the original order and return of the original order.

  • Within 48 hours of receiving your return, your refund will be processed.

  • Your financial institution will credit your card 2-10 business days later.
