1. The unit will need to be packed in the original packaging in which it arrived. Strap, tie or shrink-wrap the package to the pallet it arrived on, make sure the pallet is large enough for the unit/item to fit in the middle of the pallet. We cannot issue a pickup nor will the freight company pick up any pallet/skid where the item is not secured for transport.

3. Send us a photograph of the unit wrapped, secured to the pallet, and ready for pickup to info@watermarkfixtures.com.
4. The shipment will need to be at ground level (No Stairs) and ready for pickup according to the appointment.
Note: Once the item is ready for pickup and the photographs provided, we will issue the pickup and send the paperwork for you to print for the pickup driver.
