We sincerely apologize for the issue you are experiencing with your faucet. Through trial and error, we’ve found the following steps can help resolve most issues.
We’ll start with a few simple tests as well as a little cleaning.
If you are having a dripping issue:
1. First, uninstall the valve. (Once you have the valve out, it’s a good idea to snap a few photos, just in case we need to do a warranty claim.)
2. Cover where the water exits the valve and turn on your water shut off valve partially. This should clear any debris that may be in the line.
3. Once all debris has been removed, clean, and reseat the valve.
4. Retest the faucet. With the debris removed from the line, the dripping issue should be solved.
5. If the above does not solve the problem, get in touch. Send the photos of the valve to info@watermarkfixtures.com along with your name and order info.
If you are experiencing side spray or an uneven stream from your faucet spout, please try the following:
1. Remove the aerator from the faucet
2. With the aerator uninstalled, run the hot and cold taps together for 3 minutes.
3. Take this time to completely clean the aerator screen. (We’ve found an old toothbrush to be the best tool for this job.)
4. Before reinstalling the aerator, we’d advise snapping a few photos just in case we need to file a warranty claim.
5. Reinstall the aerator. In most instances, this corrects the issue. However, if it doesn’t, please get in touch! Photos and order info emailed to info@watermarkfixtures.com.
If you are having issues with the waterline connecting to the faucet:
1. This is one that will need one on one attention. Take a moment and photograph where you are in the installation process. Send photos of where you are in the install along with a good contact number and time to reach you. We’ll get in touch and walk you through the process.
If the above is more than you’re comfortable handling, we totally understand. Please repackage and return the faucet in its entirety and we’ll take the above steps for you.
