Your order will be shipping out LTL Freight/UPS Ground and the freight company will need your telephone number for delivery. Note: we cannot ship your order without a telephone number.
It is absolutely necessary that we get a good contact for you, ideally one that can receive text messages. The LTL Freight carrier will call you to set up a delivery appointment, and if they cannot reach you, they will send it back to us. LTL Freight Delivery will not show up at a residence without an appointment
***UPS Ground will not call to schedule a delivery. UPS Ground packages do require a signature at the time of delivery.
Additionally, our customer liaison will reach out to you via telephone to review your order. This extra step helps to ensure you have all the correct parts needed for an easy installation.
