How do I package an item for return?
Get Your Package Ready
Use a sturdy box with enough room to add cushioning for fragile items and to prevent items from shifting.
If you're reusing a box, make sure all old logos, shipping labels, and addresses are covered or blacked out.
Seal your box with plastic or nylon tape at least two inches wide. Don't use duct tape.
Wrap items separately and use cushioning material.
You'll need to know the dimensions and weight of your box.
You also want to ensure that a copy of the label is inside the box, in case the label on the exterior gets lost.
Take a picture of your label. That way you can track it later and have all of the information you need.
Mistaken Returns
Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.
WaterMarkFixtures does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to WaterMarkFixtures, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. WatermarkFixtures cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to WaterMarkFixtures.
