We can offer an exchange (No Refunds) on anything beyond our return policy that's in new condition, not installed with original packaging. We do have a couple of caveats, which are that return shipping is the responsibility of the client and there is a 15% exchange fee. Just to kind of clarify that restocking fee and what it covers, once your item comes back and the new items are selected, that restocking fee is covering both the labor in pulling and returning to shelf the products, all of it as well as the shipping costs associated with the replacement order.
