We can offer an exchange on anything that's in new condition. We do have a couple of caveats, which are that return shipping is on you and there is a 15% restocking fee. Just to kind of clarify that restocking fee and what it covers, once your item comes back and the new items are selected, that restocking fee is covering both the labor in pulling all of it as well as the shipping costs associated with the replacement order. So while you're responsible for getting it back to us, we do pay to ship out the replacement.
